Amy fell in love with pilates years ago when dragged along to a reformer class with a friend.
Growing up spending my every night at dance class or netball, I've always loved to move and keep active (I struggle to rest!). While completing my University degree, I also completed my certificate 3 & 4 in fitness and Zumba instructor training, which kept me busy. Pilates was that next step for me - it has enabled me to combine my love of movement with my love of empowering people to function at their best.
Favourite Pilates Exercise:
Has to be a light side-lying leg or a reformer burpee (the only good kind of burpees!).
Favourite Food:
Can't say no to a choccie donut or a big bowl of pasta.
When you're not teaching, we'd find you:
Full time Paediatric Occupational Therapist by day, as I also opened OT Kidz (next door). I have the two best 'jobs' in the world.

Favourite Pilates Exercise:
Anything obliques! For the sake of picking one, let’s just say a scrambled egg or kickback – obliques, plus a bit of everything else!
Favourite Food:
It would have to be a tie between hot chips (with extra chicken salt), or pasta. And ice cream for dessert - always have to finish with something sweet.
When you're not teaching, we'd find you:
Spending time with my family and friends - I have a little boy who is one, so you would probably find me chasing after him - he keeps me pretty busy! Going for a beach walk, or a swim in summer, out for coffee at our local, or maybe at a winery.

I am a sucker for anything light legs. Side lying, lunges, standing splits - all of it! Also, a short spine series is another fav of mine - it feels so nice on your back!
Favourite Food:
A warm apricot pie with ice cream. But also, give me a vanilla chai latte any-day of the week.
When you're not teaching, we'd find you:
I’ll either be in the classroom teaching kiddos from Mon-Wed, or hanging out with our pooch Josie on the weekend. My partner and I also love trying to find the next best trio of dip platter.

Beth loves to motivate and support people in feeling confident and strong within themselves, both physically and mentally. Seeing people walk out with that post-pilates 'buzz' - a combo of smiles, soreness (the good type) and satisfaction is her favourite thing!

I love anything light spring related - especially side lying leg or a teaser.
Favourite Food:
Hot chippies! Or anything made from a potato really.
When you're not teaching, we'd find you:
Either in the classroom as a student support officer, teaching yoga to kiddos, reading on the couch with a coffee in hand, adventuring somewhere out in nature or scoring a bargain at an op shop!
